Our Mission

The mission of Coach B Strength and Conditioning is to provide top-tier customized nutrition and training programs through a convenient and accessible online platform. Whether you are an elite athlete, or a stay-at-home parent, Coach B S&C will provide you with a program that is specifically tailored to your goals, level of experience, available equipment and schedule. 

Brent Roling, MS, CSCS

Coach B S&C was created to be a one-stop shop for all of your fitness needs. Whether you need help with creating workouts that are specific to your goals, staying committed to a program, diet planning, mobility/ flexibility training, improving your sleep, or all of the above, you can find it here. As a coach, I would vastly prefer to be able to train each and every one of you in person. However, due to the current climate of COVID-19 and geographical limits this isn’t possible.

Coach B S&C gives me the ability to reach as many people as possible during a time when gyms are closed and stress is at an all time high- a time where it is becoming increasingly more difficult to improve your physical and mental well-being. The services I offer will help you get to where you want to be, whether you have access to a full gym or just your body weight.

Some of the things I like most about Brent's plan are he takes the conventional powerlifting/bodybuilding work out and he targets some of the lesser-used or avoided muscles. He also has incorporated a simple chart that makes nutrition idiot-proof; something that is either overlooked or misunderstood by the normal athlete. 10/10 best program I’ve ever done.

Having Brent as a trainer really helped me out. When I first met Brent, I was having a lot of issues with back pain from my years in the Army. I haven’t had a trainer before, but I knew that I needed help choosing exercises that would help my back pain, not make it worse. My first workout regiment with him, I was definitely sweating and discovered muscles that haven’t been targeted for years. If an exercise ever caused any type of pain for my back, he would always have an alternative exercise that worked the same muscle group with different application. After a while of having him as my trainer my back started to improve greatly as well as my stamina. One of the best things about his workouts is that they very rarely involved any weights. Most of the workouts either involved bands which are cheap to get or using your own body weight. I would highly recommend him as a trainer and will continue to use his online services.

Being a lifelong athlete, I have always needed to invest adequate time towards training and maintenance of my body. While playing football throughout high school and college, I had continuous hip and lower back issues. After discussing this pain and joint stiffness with Brent, he had recommended that I work on hip mobility. This is something that my Division-One strength coaches explained, but I never took it seriously until Brent sat me down. Brent explained to me the effects of hip tightness and how it directly related to the pain I was feeling. Once I realized that my hips were the cause of my body stiffness and pain, I requested that Brent create a training program for me. He created a highly detailed and outlined training regiment for me to follow. This regiment included instructional videos and highly detailed instructions all tailored to my personal needs. In two weeks, I immediately saw results. Not only was the pain subsiding, but my strength numbers and performance had increased. Brent knows what he’s doing and he is highly professional. I would recommend him to all athletes and individuals personally interested in self-improvement.
